Role Summary

He/she will be responsible for identifying, acquiring and managing business customers the companyโ€™s fiber internet
services. The role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, meeting sales targets and delivering
exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities & Outcomes:

Sales and Revenue Generation

โ€ข Identify and target potential business customers for FTTH services.

โ€ข Proactive approach prospective clients through cold calling, referrals,
events and networking.
โ€ข Close sales deals, negotiate terms and secure contracts for FTTH
services.

Customer Relationship Management

โ€ข Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty
and repeat business.
โ€ข Understand customer needs, propose suitable solutions, and provide
excellent after-sales support.
โ€ข Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, ensuring prompt
resolution of issues.
โ€ข Conduct periodic check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction with
services.

Market Analysis and Strategy

โ€ข Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and
potential opportunities.
โ€ข Provide feedback to Regional Sales Team Leader/Sales Manager on
product and service enhancements based on customer insights.
โ€ข Develop and execute effective sales strategies to capture market share
in assigned territories

Pipeline Management

โ€ข Maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers using CRM tools.
โ€ข Track all sales activities, opportunities, and client communications
accurately in the CRM system.
โ€ข Ensure timely follow-ups and updates on all leads to convert them into
paying customers.

Reporting and Documentation

โ€ข Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for submission to the Regional Sales Team Leader/Sales Manager.

โ€ข Document all customer interactions, agreements, and feedback for
future reference.

Cross-functional Collaboration

โ€ข Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless installation and
activation of services.
โ€ข Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional activities and
campaigns targeting business customers.
โ€ข Partner with the customer support team to address client concerns and
ensure high-quality service delivery.

Sales Targets

โ€ข Achieve or exceed monthly and
quarterly revenue and subscription
targets.
โ€ข Number of new FTTH connections
signed per month.

Customer Acquisition

โ€ข Number of leads generated and
successfully converted into
customers.
โ€ข Acquisition of high-value accounts
(large enterprises, SMEs).

Retention and Customer Satisfaction

โ€ข Customer retention rate and
renewal of contracts.
โ€ข Positive customer feedback and Net
Promoter Score (NPS).
โ€ข Pipeline Management
โ€ข Quality and volume of sales
pipeline maintained in the CRM.
โ€ข Accuracy of sales forecasting and
reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

โ€ข Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
โ€ข Relevant certifications in sales or telecommunications will be an added advantage
โ€ข 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the ISP or telecommunications industry
โ€ข Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
โ€ข Knowledge of FTTH solutions, internet technologies, and related services
โ€ข Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
โ€ข Excellent understanding of customer lifecycle management
โ€ข Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
โ€ข High level of customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
โ€ข Results-driven, with a self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
โ€ข Strong organizational and time management skills.
