Role Summary
He/she will be responsible for identifying, acquiring and managing business customers the companyโs fiber internet
services. The role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, meeting sales targets and delivering
exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities & Outcomes:
Sales and Revenue Generation
โข Identify and target potential business customers for FTTH services.
โข Proactive approach prospective clients through cold calling, referrals,
events and networking.
โข Close sales deals, negotiate terms and secure contracts for FTTH
services.
Customer Relationship Management
โข Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty
and repeat business.
โข Understand customer needs, propose suitable solutions, and provide
excellent after-sales support.
โข Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, ensuring prompt
resolution of issues.
โข Conduct periodic check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction with
services.
Market Analysis and Strategy
โข Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and
potential opportunities.
โข Provide feedback to Regional Sales Team Leader/Sales Manager on
product and service enhancements based on customer insights.
โข Develop and execute effective sales strategies to capture market share
in assigned territories
Pipeline Management
โข Maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers using CRM tools.
โข Track all sales activities, opportunities, and client communications
accurately in the CRM system.
โข Ensure timely follow-ups and updates on all leads to convert them into
paying customers.
Reporting and Documentation
โข Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for submission to the Regional Sales Team Leader/Sales Manager.
โข Document all customer interactions, agreements, and feedback for
future reference.
Cross-functional Collaboration
โข Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless installation and
activation of services.
โข Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional activities and
campaigns targeting business customers.
โข Partner with the customer support team to address client concerns and
ensure high-quality service delivery.
Sales Targets
โข Achieve or exceed monthly and
quarterly revenue and subscription

Customer Acquisition

Requirements & Qualifications
โข Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
โข Relevant certifications in sales or telecommunications will be an added advantage
โข 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the ISP or telecommunications industry
โข Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
โข Knowledge of FTTH solutions, internet technologies, and related services
โข Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
โข Excellent understanding of customer lifecycle management
โข Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
โข High level of customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
โข Results-driven, with a self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
