1. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

During the term of this Agreement, you have provided and will provide to Vilcom Networks information that is accurate, complete and current, including without limitation your legal name, address, telephone number/s, the number of devices on which or through the Service(s) is being used and payment data (including without limitation information provided when authorizing recurring payments). You agree to notify us promptly, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, if there is any change in the information that you have provided to us. If you fail to provide and maintain accurate information, you will breach this Agreement.

New customers

The following is the flow of events once you are interested in having our service.

Our sales teams at the field create an account for the New client. Whereby he/she will get a notification via text message or email.

The client will then receive an (account number) from Vilcom Networks Ltd.

The client should then pay for the service through Vilcom paybill no. 4062755 (CLIENT ACCOUNT NUMBER AND NOT MOBILE NUMBER) i.e.

Select Lipa na Mpesa.

Select Pay bill No.

Enter Business No as 4062755

ACC No: your assigned Vilcom account no.

Enter the Amount.

Enter your PIN and Send.

A technician is then assigned to install the service for the client.

Vilcom configures the customers’ service for activation.

Client then gets a notification for a password and access to Internet.

Passwords

  • Vilcom Fiber accounts are for individual use only. Customer may not share passwords or accounts with others.
  • Vilcom Networks shall provide or obtain passwords to protect Customer’s account and Services. In the event that the security of a Customer’s account or Service is compromised, Vilcom Networks shall contact the Customer to change to a new stronger password inclusive of special characters.
  • Vilcom Networks may monitor the security of Customer’s passwords at any time. A Customer with an insecure password may be directed to change the password to one that complies with the above rules; continued failure to maintain password security may be grounds for account termination.
